And what's with the black rivet split pins??

Looks like a apple green shell with national shield scratched off. I don't think it has a new paint layer from those pics.

Split pin is not black, but could be the picture that makes it looks 'blacker'

Like Sander said , looks like a apple green shell with national shield scratched off. I also think the metal of the split pins compared to the aluminium liner makes them "black" on the photo .
