I have a good helmet with liner, not sure about the decal and chinstrap tho.

Should be a ND helmet. Bad decal, strap and liner drawstring. Liner looks good.

I agree with Paul, i'm afraid the decal is a post war reproduction. If you can safely remove the decal, I think it would make a great show piece!
