Sorry IMO this is a fake.
It is an Austrian M17 as you say but it has had fake stamps in the skirt to pretend it is a rare SS RZM helmet, the RZM stamp is wrong too. Real RZM helmets do not have chinstrap lugs in the skirt, rather on the liner band. Also the inside of the vents on RZM helmets do not have the large washers like the 1st war helmets do. Others will comment on the decals but I think they are fake C A Pocher.
