    M40 with Question

    hello
    i got this helmet from a firepolice station.
    it was overpainted and they sold it in a fleemarket.

    i see a silver decal on the left side.
    what is this, never saw before.

    stamps are "21 97" and "64"

    original color seems to be applegreen

    thankfull for ops
