Black LW M43

Got a question for you LW and M43 gurus. Is this cap one of the black uniform pieces for the LW ground crew or is it LW Panzer relate? The lighting in the photos wash out the color but it is definately black and the eagle has a black background. A well used but not abused cap. Informed opinions welcome.

I've had three HG M43 in the past 15 years, two were complete and one was without insignas(I'm attaching pictures of the one I've sold last year) and this one simply doesn't look right to me!
I could be wrong(and surely am,in which case I'd very happy for our friend!)but I'm not so hot about this cap!I'm not talking about the hand sewn insignas(M43 are so hard to come by these days that a nicely re-assembled one would fill a void more than well!)which is the thing that concerns me less...I'm talking about many microscopical details that just don't look good enough to me, last but definitely not least the lack of a crescent-shaped sewing under the visor;I cannot see any!
