I can see the pics! Looks like an early ET style decal with a treated liner and probably replaced chin strap.

They are working for me now too, I edited my post. The liner looks fine to me though, not treated IMO

I've been recently trying to learn this arcane art of SS so I'm feeling a little smug that I was spot on with this one, right down to the maker

It will however bit a bit of a while before I have anything like this on my shelves....... my bank manager would probably choke on his Earl Grey.
