M35 SD and M35 ex SD

Hello,
What do you think of the decals on these helmets?
The liners look fine to me. The paint of the ex SD is more difficult, but the decal could help telling if it could be ok.

First decal is the typical Heer decal added to re-issues, so I am okay with it on this M35 reissue.

Second decal is an Ed Strache decal and, honestly, I am not a fan of them. Although such decals are in fact period produced, the vast majority of them are post-war added. The way this particular one has flaked would lead me to believe that it was post-war added. Again, I am not 100% certain that it is post-war added, but I think the chances are very high that it is. It all comes down to your collecting criteria. To me, I know my little voice would scream everytime I would put my eyes on that decal, so I would avoid it. Lastly, aesthetically, the fact that the Ed Strache Heer eagle is a downright ugly eagle does not help its case either.
