I dont have the maker info only a pic of the batch number.As the helmet is so ridiculously cheep Ive decided to got ahead and buy regardless of wether its OK or not.

I'm almost certain its a reproduction decal. Theres a good reason why its cheap. You won't see "cheap" and "SS helmet" in the same sentence unless you see "not".
