HJ winter CAP

Here are 2 HJ winter caps that I have. I recently compared them an realized that they have the same RB Numbers. I thought that was pretty neat. Must be by the same manufacturer.

this cap also has some other number hand written inside, I think this is from the vet that brought it back.

Could this be that the hats are only 141 away from each other serial # wise?

they are constructed exactly the same. Even the buttons say AH 42 on the reverse...

As I recall, Globe militaria (Brooklyn NY then Keene NH) had a crate of these back in the early eighties. I want to say they were $35 a piece. I only bought one. Should have gotten a bakers dozen!
