Bulgarian Luftschutz Helmet?

That is my best guess. The helmet is the standard Luftschutz in a dark tan/brown color with a Bulgarian decal.

I would appreciate any information and if there is collector interest in this type of helmet.

Interesting lids but readily available on ebay. Seems to be similar value to a german luftschutz configured gladiator.

Funny that a luftschutz helmet from a different country is OK on ebay but if you put the German version with that nasty swatz on it ebay pulls it.

The Helmets were used in the Bulgarian Royal army during the WWII.

They were produced in Germany by order of Bulgarian army and designed to be used in the Bulgarian army unit called "Protivovazdushna i Himimicheska Zashtita" - Anti Air and Chemical Defense.

Extraordinary narrow decal! Maybe damaged during the process of application?
