Howard I dont like what I see from this helmet/decal. I would pass unless the price is well under $100. The shield shape and placement of the runes appears to be way off and similar to an old known fake SS decal.

The whole patina is dodgy, flat and pretty lifeless.

Are those hkp nipples I see?

dont like it one bit, specially the age of the decal, looks artificially aged to me

Looks a little bit suspicious to me, I would agree with Doug. If price is a bargain one I would take it, eventually as simple battle damaged.
