M35 Kriegs Helm
Hi David, I think the helmet has promise. Based on the photo it could either be a KM or toned Heer but better photos would be needed of the decal. Photos of the whole helmet would be helpful. JayComment

M35 army re-issue with the tri colour removed in the factory before re-spray,it also has a later style galvanised liner band/liner.
I would go for it if the price is right. You need a few shots of the liner inside before saying yes to buy it. Post the pictures be fore saying yes if possible.But my thoughts are that the liner has not been messed with, but you still need to know if the liner is in good shape. If the inside is as good as the outside, then its a very nice pot.Comment

Are you saying this is a Heer or Kriegs pot? Liner is in very good condition not worn, it has a chin strap, paint matches on the inside. What is a good price? The pic is a cell snap from a friend he isn't able to get me more until next week. Thanks!Comment

Could be real. I bought a super minty KM M40 from cell phone pics (see below) - it was hard to believe until I had it in hand. I would wait for more pics before deciding what to do. I think it has promise, personally.Comment

Looks like an army helmet, not a Kriegs helmet.Decal has a couple of scuffs on it.I would pay about 850 tops, but would want more pics of the decal head on, and the liner, and all three rivets from the outside.Also ask for pictures of any damage to the interior or exterior.
If that eagle wasnt scuffed, then i would go up to 1200 as i likr m35 re-issue army pots with minty decals.
