Is this helmet is good ? It seems that the insignas are too much at the right. Am I wrong ?

And what is the value for a good one ?

Definitely stands a chance

From these pictures, it looks like a nice early Austrian M16 transitional helmet. What remains of the liner looks WW1. True; the position of the decals is not as per regulation, so close-ups would help to confirm if they're original or not. I think it looks promising though...
