    M-34 Teno???

I have 3 different m34 hemets. This one looks like no other. The Teno sticker I'm not sure about. I had collectors tell me that its good but probably applied later on or after the war. The "feel" is supposedly good. Anyway, have any of you seen the tabs on the helmet or the different chin strap???

The y-strap configuration on the chinstrap is one of the more uncommon and desirable styles. The tabs at the back of the liner are commonly seen on Fuerwehr helmets, and were for attaching a leather flap that protected the wearer's neck from burning debris. I can't comment on the TeNo decal, but it would not surprise me if they were issued helmets from Fuerwehr stocks.

              Crown,

Thank you for some input. As I haven't seen the Ystrap config I was hoping to learn more. Was this set up only on the M34??? I also have a Police helmet that I will post when there is day light, too bad someone took a sandpaper to it and left it speckled in green and grey from the underpaint.
