DD heer M40 are scarce, and the high lot number DN 353 wouldn't qualify for such specimen
This Rbnr liner looks sloppy and don't fit properly the liber band, obviously.

The tri colour definitely doesn't belong on there. The toning doesn't match at all. The heer decal has been scrubbed too.
