Chinstrap ID

Hi, wondering if anyone knows about this chinstrap. Is the size and style of German, has steel roller buckle, steel pins and is a chocolate brown color.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

not a WW2 strap, norwegian post war for M35 helmets.

Yes Norwegian for M35 M40 and M42 used after war
