      I cant see any red flags yet. Looks like a stunning seldom worn Q M40 with Q decal. Please post the lot number and if possible a nice closeup of the decal. This could be one of the nicer Q M40 helmets that you got for - free - :-)

        Doug, did you try double clicking on the decal? I did and the pic blew up to a nice clear size.....try it n let me know what u get.

                      Thank you all.

                      This helmet looks new and newer used to me .
                      The history from the old policeman says that they take it from from a closet in the Gestapo headquarters in Stavanger Norway May 1945 and then he forgod it whith the uniform.

                      Its only the uniform that goes to the museum, the helmet is at my war room..

                      I will post some more pics but how can i make them big?

                          The helmet is market RS 74 in the back and Q64 in the side i think little hard to read...
