DD Police Hand Painted Decals for review.

So what's the deal with this helmet? It's an M-35 DD police/hand painted decals wich have been lacquered and show age. And it looks as if this helmet would have been a reissue. You can also see that this helmet was painted with this chinstrap and liner on it. Any opinions are welcome as I haven't seen a helmet like this before. Thanks.

Interesting artistry! The 'decals' are actually fairly well done. In my opinion I would say the 'camo' is post war and who knows when the decals were painted.

Leather liner and strap are original but the paint has soiled them unfortunately.

Not much collector value IMO.

It looks as if there may be decals under the paint.
