Das Landesschützen-Bataillon 393 wurde am 30. Mai 1940 in Bautzen, im
Wehrkreis IV aufgestellt. Das Bataillon zu wurde zur 6 Kompanien
Kriegsgefangenenbewachung aufgestellt. Nach seiner Aufstellung wurde das
Bataillon der Division z.b.V. 404 unterstellt. Das wurde auch Bataillon
in Bautzen eingesetzt. Das Bataillon war dort unter dem der Kommandeur
Kriegsgefangenen IV eingesetzt. Die 2. Kompanie des Bataillons Bild am
7. Oktober 1941 die 1. bis 3. Kompanie des Landesschützen-Bataillon 384.
Die Fehl 2. Kompanie wurde am 29. Januar 1943 durch die 6. Kompanie
Landesschützen des-Bataillon 396 ersetzt.
Für die des Ersatzgestellung Bataillons anfangs war das Landesschützen-
Ersatz-Bataillon zuständig 4. 1941-Übernahme ab Landesschützen das Ersatz-
