i think it's an m35. Chin strap bales look to be square.

I would say the helmet is a Q M35 with apple green paint. The paint looks too light and smooth and the airvent looks more like the separate bushing than the Q vent hole that's pressed into the M40. The Q M40s generally have a fairly unattractive donut hole appearance.

It is a mod.35....please take a good look and you can see it.
