Hello I do not say this very offten. But I think this one actually is a KM and not a toned heer. Because this one does have a border around the shield. But the batch # will tell you if it is or not. Toned heer decals are just as gold as KM decals.Best regards.

KM decal for sure...and unfortunately the KM decals are more prone to flaking.
