Junky Shell / Germna or Norwegian?

Gents,

please take a look at that shell.
There is obviously a layer of reddish paint under the green.
Does this indicate it´s a Norwegian one?
The eagle is total crap, of course.

Its hard to tell what the brown is fromm the pictures. It could be rust? It looks to have been repainted post war. The color is not typical German or Norweigan. Neither had a red / brown primer coat put on before the green paint. I think what you have is an original shell that been stripped and repainted post war. The repainter primed it before the green paint and fake decals.
