No expert on these first patterns, especially with these blurry pics, but this does not give me a good gutfeeling. Maker, liner pics?
Lots of fresh rust too..

The tricolor looks real to me, the eagle is hard to say for sure...a better photo would help immeasurably.

you can still see the sharp outline of the eagle decal its very obvious
along the top,for me the decal should be settled into the paint more.
better photos would be great.
