I have been offered this Teno helmet (dutch). I assumed it was not correct so didn't buy it, but I thought I'd get it checked out just in case... so opinions please.

Anybody know about TeNo decals? These appear almost indentical to decals on a helmet on the collectors guild site, but that doesn't make them real..

I like the helmet and the decals!The helmet has what a lot of TeNo helmets also have,they were a lot of times original green and painted over black.

The fake I posted is as far as know the "best" fake so far.
The others I have seen are much poorer.
So I think this may have a chance.

I'd not seen one before, so are they scarce or common? have a pile been found? Are they desirable to TR collectors?
So I assume they were used by Dutch volunteers 1940-45?
Well it was offered for £150 (175euro) is it worth it? Is it regarded as a TR item or a Dutch item? Would it have been worn with the standard TeNo uniform?Comment

They are not common,but also not that rare here in Holland.Every now and then one pops up.I think the price is not that much (i would give it for that one!).Like i said i think it's ok,but don't shoot me if it's not,but from pics i say yes!

The Dutch TeNo • TN [Technische Noodhulp] helmet looks fine to me.
All of the details match up with what I've seen on other 'real' Dutch TN helmets.
Decals look good, IMO. I like the way that the edge details of the decals merge nicely
with the paint/finish details of the helmet. Price is a steal for these - often found in
