Its a modern Czech repo strap that most of the repo sellers sell for around $20 US. The buckle is the dead give away. The backside will be very flat. Originals will have a more rounded metal profile. Also with this, maker (very commonly faked) The strap requires a double take, even if it had a better buckle!
