Luftschutz helmet

I would like to know your opinions about this helmet ? Looks like M40 Russian helmet used by the Luftschutz (grey finish over the original khaki paint)

And it does not look like an H to me, more like R or P.

I always think that many captured foreign helmets were repainted (this one in medium grey) and were used by German civil defence formations. Therefore I suppose that this is Luftschutz or factory helmet. Maybe this is company logo ? I will try to make better decal photo tomorrow.

Luftschutzwarndienst-LSW: LHD doesn't stand for Luftschutz and should not be represented as such, in my opinion.
