M42 Sauerland relic

I'd like to share this picture for opinions.It's for sale but I think decal is fake on a rusty relic M42 shell.According to our present knowledge about Sauerland combat helmets I'd expect NS made shell but it looks maybe an ET..
What are your feelings?

It's being sold out of Latvia. That raises a lot of questions in itself.
