Do any of you gentlemen have information on the RB Nrs. in hats?

I just received a Luftwaffe enlisted M-43, marked "1943" and size "57" with the following number:

RB-Nr. 0/0314/0010

Hello Mike,
I have one that's marked RB.NR.0/0601/0012.
It's a one button cap with original attached eagle.
I don't know nothing about RB numbers,but the 0012 is very close to your 0010.
Anyone else skilled in RB numbering ????

Hallo

I also have some LW cap's a M43 and a "schifferen" both 1943 one with a Rb.nr and one with a Rf.nr.

Rb/f means Reich betrieb and fabrik as you shure know.

My numbers are differens from the two numbers mentioned above.

The numbering or coding system are still not cracked and there remain a lot of work to find out how it works with the codes ?.

I have for long time to gathering the numbers together with the item from all sources trying to solve the riddle, but still without luck.

Some items had been doubble or tripple stamped so a very few Rb. nr had given me knowledge related to a Maker.
And that's are my best explanation about the numbering it must be/are a codingsystem with info's for Makers.

The number itself can contains info's related to Maker, Town, Locations and maybe a contract nr. and who know what.

From my knowledge up to now, it's not related to specific items for shure.

Hope my little note help to make a better understanding, I would be glad to get numbers/items from around.
