    Liner for sale on estand.

I am interested in buying a liner and came across this one on the estand and just wanted to make sure all was fine before entering into an agreement to buy it.

    http://70.87.163.50/forums/showthread.php?t=426975

I was a little concerned with the "green' felt backing on the rim, is this normal as most I have seen are a "grey" colour with what looks to be fur/hair embedded into the felt?

I am not saying there is anything bad about the liner, but with so many now being reproduced, I just wanted some input from long time members if possible

    Regards,

    Grant

    Grant,

That felt colour is in the acceptable range.

Be aware that Litzmannstadt liners are one of the most commonly reproduced liners.

    This one looks ok.

Good eye, on catching the green liner felt. That color green is a manufacturer specific color, and is only found with this maker and year. Its 100% correct for that maker and Year!
