Bad, I am not a decal expert, but the helmet itself is much more rotten than the decal.

Lou, notice that this decal has been slapped straight over a rusted pitted surface, a sure giveaway apart from the incorrect proportions of the decal, regards, Bill

One of the worst attempts at a fake I've seen in a while. It doesn't even try, so at least it makes our job easier.
