Bill, I see what you mean and its suspicious, agreed. but I find it hard to believe that we judge a piece only on not for me and I wouldn't buy it.
and to be honest, if this is the way we are going to discus or dismiss items... well.

"Pastworld Antiques".... that guy is a piece of SH%T. I enquired about some of his helmets he was selling. Asking how could an "oringal" SS helmet be selling for a $500US opening bid with NO bidding on it. He didn't like the fact I was asking him all the wrong questions then he procedded to bomb my email address with 100's of spam emails from every "white power" and "arian nation" site around... took my 2 days to clear out my email box from all the sites he joined my address to.

But back to the helmet I agree with Bill here..... too many "?'s" with it. Also if it's an original one you'd bee starting the bid at the $2000US mark....
