The patina looks right,and it surrounds the decal .The age cracking looks good on the swastika also.I would say it is right on.Why would anyone try and apply a decal to a helmet that has a bullet hole, loose rivets, and worn liner. Not much to be gained in that.But hey! Ronald regan was the triumph of the embalmers art.
