M35 Heer DD help please

Hello,

have been offered this helmet, so I only have pictures. I have my concerns colour (looks a bit rough?) and lining (D-rings probably rounded 1940-type). I am still learning with the decals. Any opinions?

Since I am still learning, can I take a stab? Help me out.

The eagle's head looks like a South Pacific head shrinkers got it.
There is no border lacquer or thickness to the decals. How far off is the national shield shape wise?
I don't know what that liner is. Looks bizarre.
The chin strap looks new.

Maybe it's me, but the color of the helmet is the only thing close to correct.

The colour on this one reminds me of the Norwegian post-WWII reissued helmets that one sees from time to time. I wonder if these decals were applied over the Norwegian ones that are usually encountered, or if perhaps they were removed...

Of course might not be Norwegian origin at all. Still definately not a good original Heer DD...
