If that in fact was all that was done (and gained those results) they should have gone ahead and done the rest of the rust on the shell IMO.

without any question the helmet is temperd with...
If Ken ( wich I'm happy to believe without any doubt ) has not "done" it, it will be impossible to find this out.
I think we should thank Mr.Eugenirus for his fabulous eye-sight and let Ken deside either to change his sale thread to notify this out come or with draw or something.
Ken is a well respected dealer and have absolute no doubt of his knowledge but that is beside the point... this helmet is the subject and not the seller / dealer.

I shall not pronounce because I bought at KenB and he is a really very correct and nice guy but bravo to eugénirus to have found an old photo of the helmet that shows us its progress in the world of the collection

im sure ken would have noted it in the sale add if he knew it had been cleaned.he is one guy who i have never seen with his pants down.im sure he will be back on to give his account.
