In my opinion the decals are not good.

Construction of the runes seems off , the combo with the round bottom party shield is not correct either.

I'm curious about what others make of it.

Round bottom party decals are typically found on EF helmets. Police in particular.

Here's an example:

Here's 2 more EF that were in my collection. Notice the subtle curviness at the bottom. Not so pointed.

But the party decal that Olli posted is bad.
