M42 NSKK Opinions please

Hereby this M42 NSKK helmet. Opinions on this helmet would be helpfull as I have never seen a helmet like this. Also Luftwaffe seal on the inside unknown to me. Thanks for your remarks. Regards

not for me,
first, I don't believe in these labels, and second, as far as I know originals have no black back ground in the decal.

what's the maker and lotnr of the helmet , that can usually prove something.

I have to agree with Ivan the label looks suspiciously new (+ not seen an original ever !) and the paint extremely rough for an M42.

The Luftwaffe decal inside is a fantasy thing I have seen before. I would stay away from this helmet completely.

I agree as well, and wouldn't want it. The vast majority of these interior decals are fantasy items and seem to be applied to make an item more attractive. Don

Hello,

I have tried to figure out batch number and maker. Batch number is something like 8559 or 6559. Maker is unreadible. Both numbers are right under the decal of the LBA. So what we have here is an M42 with original liner, original chinstrap and original inside color. Outside too rough (?), inside decal wrong or unknown and NSKK decal fake? Not much left then.

Both the NSKK decal AND the LW decal inside is fake.
