Colourblind

I think that the helmet is a DAK, winter camo is withe, not light broun....
Maybe i am a little colourblind....

White paint that has aged will give off a light tan appearance..

Perry is right, the white paint will tend to age to a grungy off-white/tan colour. Attached please find two winter camouflaged helmets, the M42 was sold as a tropical camouflaged helmet, it is white paint, and has dabs of green paint onto the white.

This M35 (Army) has been camouflaged in a white paint as well (as opposed to white-wash).
