Well, the green appears to be quite brown on my monitor...
And it's very difficult to say much about a camo paint without having the lid in hands ; and even in this case, I already saw a lot of people fooled.
I can't say this paint pleases me much, but it's a gut feeling only so far. A good close-up of the decal would be very useful, to be sure it's really as good as it seems to be.

The photos don't give me anything to be excited about. The fact that the chinstrap attachment rings are also painted is not good. That means the chinstrap was removed when painted. Why? And why paint them?

Its a fact that young collectors allways want to restore helmets which
shows some wear or rust. Therefore this idiots (sorry) paint the helmets
with green coulor, and I think the pics show the result

As I know, the inside of the helmets were never painted, I hope thats correct...

I think about removing that light green paint from the helmet, because you
can see the origin dark green paint beneath ...
But I wanna ask you first ...remove or not because I am not sure
if the decal will be damaged during that procedure

PS: A friend of mine bought a green/brown Camo helmet very cheap
on a fleamarket (30Euros) . And what did that idiot do ..HE REMOVED THE CAMO TO SEE IF THERE ARE DECALS UNDER THE PAINT...and he had luck, there was a decal, but the helmet was destroyed
