Single Decal Heer Value Help

Guys,
Can you give me a ballpark value on this one. It's not in my posession so I don't have access to better photos.

I'm really not a headgear collector at all beside a couple of piths I have. But that's it so i'm pretty lost on what a fair, private party sale cost would be..not dealer prices.
