SS Helmet values needed.

Hello,

I am considering the purchase of the following helmets and would like an idea of value for these examples in 95%+ condition:

M35 SS DD, Quist size 66
M40 SS SD, Quist size 68

Assuming they are real, unmessed-with, prime examples, what would be their retail value? Probable realized value? I do realize the first example is very rare to come by.

I am quite serious about this, so thank you in advance for the replies. Fell free to send me a PM with values if you do not wish to post a value on the forum.

Prime example SD Q SS would run you at least $7000-7500 and the M35 would be well over $15,000, probably closer to 20k.

Almost impossible to say without seeing them. But, for very nice examples ( mint - ) those prices are about right.

Thank you for the replies. I assumed the M40 was going to be about $1k higher and the M35 was about what I figured. Sorry, no pics to post at the moment. I'll see what I can do about getting some to post.

Assuming it's 100% correct (straps, liner, decal, paint, bolts)...$6000-7000 (spanner). Slotted bolt...$5000-6000. Pics would help.
