It looks like someone poured acid over the surface to give it an aged look. Better pictures would be nice but I would lean to a "no" more than yes.

Thank you for all your answers . You help me to avoid buying a fake and i save money with your knowledges .
It is difficult to know exactly the true about an item just only with bad pics when you are not a spécialist . But the forum is here and it is nice for me !!
