Greetings, Not that great of condition but a cool story. I picked this helmet up a month or so ago from a 60+ year old Ocean Beach, Ca biker. He pulled up on a vintage Harley Davidson chopper with saddlebags. He told me he aquired the helmet from a Vet. out of his garage in OB about 1969. Everyone in his biker club wanted it but "it was just too freakin small" It sat on a shelf in their biker clubhouse for about 10 years. He ended up with it and it sat in his garage since. He told me he remembers someone filling it up with beer once at a party and a couple of new members drank it down as a form of initiation. He related that they all sought out Nazi regalia to wear on their jackets and they all wanted the real stuff, none of that fake s*it. Now its mine. Best, Bill Bourque

See, now THAT helmet is a proper candidate for Griot's Paint Cleaning Clay.
