Did someone try to remove the norwegian paint on the german leather??Is it possible and easy as for the shells repainted, or is it impossible?

It was a DD KM under the Norweigan overpaint....
Wonder if a SS one has turned up?

Yes, I think I surely would have taken the risk to carefully remove the norwegian paint if it was mine ; unfortunately it wasn't, I just took a couple of photos of it.

Such a job is possible, but very difficult if you want the shell to look more or less "natural" after that (especially the decals). About the liner, I think it's impossible to remove the dye completely, but I never tryed yet ; I only saw very little convincing results...
