Well if the decal is orginal, well then this is a very nice interesting helmet.

Be very careful because they do make very good fake decals these days. In many cases an in-hand inspection is required. With this second pattern runes decal the shell should either be an ET or NS.

Here is the story behind this helmet.

He forgot to send me the maker

Sorry but he's English is as good as my'n;

The helmet(SS) is belonged to the SS- Hauptsturmfuehrer Feliks Salme, he was learned in SS-Schule Bad Toelz for 20 Frw div d SS(estn), when the Red Army comes back to Estonia- he abandone Estonia to Sweden, and the uniform he drop at her parents house. In the house still living her relatives, and there is old attic on this house.
When they was clean the attic, they found the helmet and a couple of interesting stuff like documents and photos and some perconal items. They call to my friend, because he have advertisment in the local newspaper about the buying some old militaria, and I've exchange with him this helmet,he keept it in her collection more than 10 years, but now he've got better helmet , and will sale this.

Interesting story...hope that it is true and you can get yourself a nice helmet. However, try and get the shell make just to verify that it is correct. One thing I noticed is that the liner has initials K.T. - not those of Felix Salme.
