I agree w/ the others. Shell, rivets and decal look fine to me. Not sure on the strap, and the liner does look to be a replaced very early pattern single ply alum liner. The thing is, finding these on their own is pretty rare. What I'm saying is, that without seeing the helmet first hand, we can't discount the possibility that this is a period replacement of some kind. Even the fact that the liner is distorted somewhat doesn't always mean a modern parts helmet. I had a KM helmet once from and estate sale that was totally untouched. The previous owner had relinered the helmet w/ a size too big. He did this by snipping the liner and doubling it over on itself at the cut edge. Even if period done, it would detract from the value of the piece. I think we would have to see that one in person to say.

Juan, really sorry if my first reply gave a negative feeling about your helmet ; reading it again, I see it this way... I was doing ten things at the same time, and I only spoke about those three specific details. My intention was to say : everything looks good with this helmet, but there are these three details...
And well, with better pics and a good close-up of the decal (with a macro objective and not a loupe in your left hand making the right one shake ), I really hope there will be only two details left !
Cheers,
