The only true German medics helmet I've ever personally encountered came in on a hotel buy I attended w/ a couple of friends. A married couple brought it in. It had been left in the house they had bought amongst other miscellaneous objects, and they brought it in to us as they had absolutely no use for it. If they'd not seen our ad, it'd have wound up in the trash heap. It was simply a standard M35 on which the shell had been totally white-washed, and upon which, a few red crosses had been neatly painted. It was a totally un-touched, beautiful helmet, straight out of the woodwork. Can't say as I've ever run into a German helmet w/ this particular decal set up, though...
