M42 camo????

Hi

What is your opinion on this one? M42 "Normandy" camo helmet.
Looks like most of the camo paint is faded away.

What's up with those little re-inforcements around the holes were the string is passing? I never saw that before...a variation?

I believe that is a postwar liner..can't remember which nationality...but they used small metal grommets as reinfocement instead of the leather washers used on real liners. The fakers remove these to make the liner look more original. I would say that helmet is completely bad

Hi,
It's a tschechian liner IMO, they have such grommets.
Also the camo doesn't look so good... Just my opinion.
