Looks fine to me. I think the reason the shield looks so big is because its a small helmet.

thanks for all replys!!!!!!!!!!!and thanks to john,for placing the pics,
i think the partyshield looks to big by the foto when i hold the helmet in my hand(near a other one)he seems to be normal
yes perry could be heat damage(i didn't no)it's very dry! but org.to this helmet,i had my concerns about the "glue" line(or how you call it)it's very wide around the decal normaly it's much closer around it and a specially around the swastica it goes wide around it you can see this on the detailed pic.
