Liner Leather Original?

Hi All
Wanted some opinions regarding the leather on this liner band . Is it WW2 or post war on a WW2 zinc band? Im fairly sure its ok but its nice to hear other opinions If you do have a slight doubt

From those pictures, which aren't very good ( Who am I to tell that ) everything looks okay.

Aren't there any markings on it, also the glue is nothing to worry about IMO, just to fix the re-inforcements.
