As a matter of interest, is anyone able to post an image of 2 perfectly matched KM decals, irregardless of source

Here's another interesting question... these decal makers most likely made Heer and KM decals. I'm wondering if they used the same printing block for both but chanded the colour for each batch... or do you think they were made on separate blocks? The reason I ask is because I'm wondering if a Heer and a KM decal can be identical?

Anyone want to put up a KM and a Heer that they feel is the same for analysis?

Perry, yes I agree there will be disagreement... but that's the way of the world!

I'm sure if you dig around you can find several unapplied ones like I posted, they're out there..I feel it will show that they are identical, like the ones above..

What I'm trying to do is to find a WH eagle matching perfectly a KM one. I'd like to prove that - the "ridge effect" excepted on some examplaries - only the color makes the difference.

But I have to admit I enounter some difficulties with this one below...

Looking them over for a minute or two I'd say the two you posted Billy are near perfect, meaning I would really have to go over the fine details to find something, and then alot is hidden on one..

That looks like an original "thin wing" later war decal. Usually you find them on M40 and m42s.

Thanks, Andy. Yes, it's not the "thinest" wings possible here, but I think you're right anyway. Right also about the helmet, a M.40.
